21/11/21 SwimMastery Advanced Coach
I attended SwimMastery HQ in London again, for their Advanced Skills Coach Training. After a weekend focusing on catch and two beat leg press, I'm pleased to say I have qualified as an Advanced SwimMastery Coach.
Tracey has also transformed my own "leg press" so I'm very keen to see how that improves my swimming.

Transition Swimming is taking some swim sessions indoors. Based in the lovely 18m pool at the Cardrona Hotel Leisure Club, we are offering 1-1 swim lessons and SwimMastery coaching to get you swimming faster, further and effortlessly. Message me for more information and costs.

Open water sessions will also continue all year round for those hardy swimmers.
